Pre-Built & Custom Automations
We have pre-designed several automated sequences as part of your turn-key system.
You can create as many new custom ones you desire, but if you would like assistance or have questions, reach out to our support team and we can help you design one.
Let's now check how to create an AutoFox in DisputeFox application:
Step 1: Go to AutoFox --> ADD NEW AUTOFOX:
It will open a blank form, we can begin now to setup our autofox:
Step 2: Setup all the fields as per requirements;
1. AutoFox Type: Whether this autofox is targeted to 'Client/ Lead' record type or an 'Affiliate' record type.
2. AutoFox Categories: It is just to categorize the autofoxes, you can select any out of five options available.
For example, you can gather together all the marketing materials under the type available 'Marketing' and so on.
3. AutoFox Name: The Name of the Autofox, could be any name.
4. Start Condition: Here we have two options, either Manual or Auto.
If we choose the Manual Option, it means the autofox can only be assigned manually to any record. It will not have to worry about any triggering conditions since all such triggering conditions will be hidden for Manaul Type autofoxes.
Please note that conditions such as Conditions Met/ Existing Records/ Recurring Rules will be hidden for Manual type antofoxes. User have the option to manage the 'Suspension Criteria' though for the Manual type autofoxes;
On the Other hand, if the user chooses Start Condition as 'Auto' this means this autofox can only get assigned by the automation rules which will be set up for this autofox; we are goindg to go through all these conditions one by one.
5. Conditions Met: We have two options here, 'Any' and 'All'; 'Any' as it self defines, if any of the Start condition which is setup for this autofox gets triggered, this autofox will be assigned to the record which has satisfied the condition.
On the contrary, 'All' means all the conditions must be satisfied in order this autofox gets assigned.
6. Existing Records: 'No'/'Yes': If we choose 'No' it means this autofox will never be applicable to the existing records at this point of time, it will be only be applicable to only the new records which
will be created from this point onwards.
On the contrary, 'Yes' means the autofox is applicable for Existing as well as New records which will get added within the system.
7. Recurring Rules: Once/ Repeat: If it is set to 'Once' this autofox will get run just once to the record which it gets assigned to.
If it is 'Repeat', the autofox will run more than once.
Note: If the 'Conditions Met' set is 'All' then the record should once again satisfy all the condition in order to get this autofox assigned more than once i.e. repeatedly.
8. Start Condition:
There are around more than 30 options to choose Start Condition from.

9. Suspension Criteria:

2 - Steps & Actions:
Once we are done setting up '1 - AutoFox Setup' we now have to set up Steps and associate Actions to these steps, New Step --> Step Configuration.
Step Configuration will brodle have two dropdowns,
i. Start dropdown will have three values, 'Instant', 'Delay' and 'After Previous Step'
ii. Interval Type: This dropdown will populate the values, 'Minutes', 'Hours' and 'Days' followed by one another dropdown 'Interval Value'
Note: This is Not applicable if the value selected within Start dropdown is 'Instant'.
With Step Configuration, we are allowed to manage how and when the step needs to be execuded and by what frequence.
Actions:
Next main step is to add actions which will get trigger once the steps executes. More than one actions can be associated with a single step. Emails, SMS, Portal Message, Create Task, Portal Access On/Off, API Action are the actions which can be associated with the steps.
For Email and SMS actions, you can either use predefined templates or crate your own using the replacement variables under 'Insert Data' section.
'From Option' and 'Select Domain' dropdown will populate the verified domain email addresses you can choose from
Other actions such as Portal Message, Create Task, Portal On/Off are straight forward.
