1. Automation Set-up
- Automation Type (Lead/Client)
- Automation Name - Organize your Marketing before you LAUNCH!
- Condition - The Driver (This is the action that will tell the campaign to start sending - ex. status, folder, new note, new attachment etc.)
- Condition Value - The Who (This is to whom the campaign will send to - ex. lead, client, affiliate etc.)

- Start Condition - Manual OR Automatic (Keep your campaigns on manual until your are ready to launch).
- Conditions Met - Any OR All (Determine if ANY of the conditions you chose should be met so that the campaign begins sending OR if ALL of the conditions you chose have to be met so that the campaign begins sending).
- Existing Records - Yes OR No (Will your campaign start sending to all accounts(existing&new) OR will it send to only new accounts)?
- Recurring Rules - Once OR Repeat (Determine if your message/campaign will send only one time or if it should repeat).

1. SMS Action Configuration
- Action Name - ex. Welcome SMS, Happy Birthday SMS, Letters Printed SMS...
- From Number - the phone number that will appear on the receivers phone or device.
- Limit/Hr - How many messages will send?
- Variables - Auto-variables allow you to insert the clients personal info, your company info, customer type, processing issue, assigned-to, sales rep, affiliate and start date assigned to the lead/clients account. (Variables help you create more TIME!)
- Write your Message - Convey your message clearly and use the variables to speed up the process.
- Save your sms message
2. Email Auto Configuration - Create an Email
(Create your email templates first in your Admin Section/Tab - See Email Templates for Direction)
- Select your Save Email Template OR Create it right inside your Automation Tab
- Action Name - Give it a Name

- From Name - Who's it from (Name) and (Domain Name) - Very FOXY...
- To - Who will your email send to?
- Variables - Major Sections Include - Frequently Used Info, Client/Lead Info, Assigned to Info, Sales Rep Info, Company Info, Invoice Info, Letter Info, Affiliate Info.

3. HTTP Post Configuration - Send to...
(By design, the POST request method requests that a web server accepts the data enclosed in the body of the request message, most likely for storing it. It is often used when uploading a file or when submitting a completed web form.)

Once you have set-up your automations(Automation Name, Conditions Set and Actions Created)do a final review of your set-up, run at least 3 tests in manual mode to ensure that your campaign is going to do what you have asked it to do. Once your test is successful its time to turn them on. You can turn your automations to ACTIVE or MANUAL inside the automation set-up page OR directly on the Automation dashboard.
