Our platform gives you flexibility in managing client billing by supporting multiple billing setups under the same client profile. You can choose between Auto-Recurring Billing, Pay Per Delete Billing, or add monitoring-related billing such as In-House ScoreFusion Monitoring. Below is a detailed guide.
1. Adding a New Billing Setup
- Navigate to the Client Profile.
- Go to the Billing tab.
- Click + Add New Billing Setup.
- Choose one of the available options:
- Auto-Recurring Billing
- Pay Per Delete Billing
2. Auto-Recurring Billing
Auto-Recurring allows you to set up ongoing, scheduled payments for your clients. You can create multiple recurring plans, each running independently based on its configuration.
Steps to Set Up Auto-Recurring Billing
- Select Auto-Recurring when adding a new billing setup.
- Enter the billing details:
- Product Name
- Recurring Amount
- Billing Frequency (e.g., Monthly, Bi-Monthly, Fortnightly, Weekly.)
- Billing Start Date
- Billing End Date (if applicable)
- Click Save Settings.
- Repeat the process to add additional auto-recurring billing plans if needed.
Each Auto-Recurring plan will process payments independently, giving you maximum flexibility for different services.
3. Pay Per Delete Billing
Pay Per Delete gives you the option to charge clients based on deleted items, either using your predefined pricing table or a fixed rate.
Steps to Set Up Pay Per Delete Billing
- Select Pay Per Delete when adding a new billing setup.
- Choose the Date for billing.
- Under Charge Option, select one of the following:
- My Default Pricing → automatically applies your Pay Per Delete charge table.
- Fixed Price → set a custom price manually.
- Save the setup.
If you leave a step unfinished, simply click the Resume Step button to return to the same step.
4. In-House ScoreFusion Monitoring Billing
This option allows you to add recurring billing specifically tied to the In-House ScoreFusion Monitoring service. This plan will automatically assign to the client once their in-house credit report is imported for the first time.
5. Managing Multiple Billing Plans
- You can combine Auto-Recurring, Pay Per Delete, and In-House ScoreFusion Monitoring billing plans for the same client.
- Each plan operates independently, allowing you to customize billing for different services or timelines.
Review all active billing setups under the Billing tab of the client’s profile.
