Creating Email Templates in DisputeFox: A Step-by-Step Guide
Follow the steps below to create Email templates:
A) Navigate to Settings >> Email/SMS/Zapier >> Email Template.
B) Click on "Add Email Template".
C) Here, Set the necessary parameters first like Template name, Email To, Subject etc. In the email body section, you can add your content. You can also add HTML code by clicking on Source Button.
The section marked as "VARIABLE" on the right side contains a list of pre-defined variables that can be dynamically inserted into a letter template.
These variables allow the letter templates to be personalized with client-specific information, pulled from the system database. The list includes common variables such as the client's first name, last name, address, and dispute-related information. These variables are especially useful in generating letters efficiency without manually entering data for each client.
For instance, if you use the data variables:
[client_first_name] [client_last_name]
and the letter is generated for a client named John Doe, these variables will automatically be replaced with:
John Doe
This feature works with all the data variables provided, including those related to Client Info, Company Info, Bureau Info, Dispute Info, Creditor Info, Date Info and many others.
D) Once completed, save the template. It will then be readily accessible when sending Emails.
