New Overview Design for Clients Dashboard:
A new designed Clients Overview tab have been introduced which will provide overall health of the client within a glance of it.
This includes,
- Initial Setup & Onboarding
- Current Status & Next Steps
- Average Score Progress for All Bureaus or each individual Bureaus
- Latest Scores & Updates table for each of the bureaus which includes Latest & Total Results
- Status table with details of all the items from each individual Bureaus
> Initial Setup & Onboarding:
This section will mark the progress status for the clients actions as and when they get completed, these actions are Client Details are added, Client sings in the Agreement, Any/ All required documents have been submitted from the client, importing of the report from the monitoring agencies is made.
> Current Status & Next Steps:
Depending upon the current round progress of the client this section will show the progress of all such completed rounds with their dates and the Next Action indicates the action which is to be taken next like for example, Re-Import, Proceed with Disputes and so on...
> Average Score Progress for All Bureaus or each individual Bureaus:
This is the graphical representation of the score of all three bureaus during the course of time; By default it will be showing the mean average value of all three bureaus but you can click on 'All Bureaus' link, which is at the top right of the graph section, then it will show the scores of all three bureaus individually.
> Latest Scores & Updates table for each of the bureaus which includes Latest & Total Results:
This section will show the comparative score if its incremented/ decremented w.r.t. its previous import and it will also show you the Total change in the score from the first import onwards till the latest import. It will show these comparative scores for all three bureaus.
> Status table with details of all the items from each individual Bureaus:
This section will show the total count of each status, for example, total count of Deleted, Repaired, Positive, Negative and so on...
