Step 1: Access the Documents and POA Section

- POA with Self-Signing

Step 2: Select Your POA Option
Option 1: POA with Notarization
This option ensures the POA document is legally notarized.
-
Choose the Template:
- Use the system-generated template (System POA can be modified under Settings >> Portal Settings >> POA Configuration).
- Upload your custom POA template if preferred.
-
Send to Client:
- Review the document.
- Click "Pay & Send to Client" to email the POA and instructions for the notarization process.
Option 2: POA with Self-Signing
For a simpler option, send the POA for client self-signing:
- This option is free of charge.
- The document is emailed directly to the client but lacks the full legal validity of a notarized document.
