We are introducing a complete breakdown of customer's credit report highlighting each individual entity in the report for even better auditing of the report.
this report highlights,
- the New Score of the client
- Credit Card Usage
- Bureau wise Total Improvement
- Deletions & Updates for the current Round
Nothing for you to build:
This progress report will be built automatically each time you do a new import and there are changes to share with your client.
It will show their Scores Progress, as well as all deleted/ repaired items since the last Round on each Bureau, as well as overall progress since
they started service with you.
We have also included Credit Card usage information to help them keep their balances low.
Send To Client One-Click
Send the PDF via Email or SMS:
You can send this audit/ progress report for clients to review via Email by clicking on 'Email Report' button or you can send the link to download this report within the SMS by clicking on 'Send Link' button.

'Save Changes & Generate Audit Report' :
- If you choose 'Save Changes & Generate Audit Report' option, it will Save the 'Audit Progress Report' report under the 'Documents tab as well as
it will automatically download this report for you once you are redirected to the 'Disputes' page.
Progress Report Doc tab Save, as well it will be downloaded as soon as we hit his button.
'Save Changes & Go To Disputes'
- If you choose 'Save Changes & Go To Disputes' option, it will save the 'Progress Report' under the Document section but it will not download it automatically for you.
The 'Progress Report' can be seen added under the Documents --> Client Uploaded Documents section.
How this works:
When you do the audit-reimport, the monthly Progress Report will be shown on the right hand side.
You can Download it yourself or you can on-click Email or send via SMS to your client!
A copy of this will also be automatically added to the Client Portal, as well as the Documents tab on you client file.
Now you will be able to Keep your custom engaged with an intentionally colourful "fun" layout.
We could have made it super hign-end and "corporates" looking, but clients have short attention spans, so this will help keep it.
This report will be saved to the "Documents" tab on the Client's record, as well as inside the Customer Portal under "Documents"
