1. Fortnight Billing(Choosing the Right Pay Cycle for Your Business):
We have now introduced a new auto recurring payment method, FortNight Payment which was much awaited; Fortnight auto-recurring payment option would really help some client to take control of your finances, in a way that suits their way.
Being able to choose your billing frequency lets you align your power bills to your pay cycle. Whether you get paid every week, fortnight or month, you can pick a billing and payment frequency to make things easy for you.
Invoice will be generated after every alternate week, on selected day;
For example, If the 'Recurring Day' is set to Monday then it will auto generate recurring invoice each alternate Monday.
2. 'Documents' option at the Side Bar:
We could understand that it would becomes tedious job to check with the new documents send from the client by visiting each individual clients dashboard, Documents section.
To make it more handy, there is an additional option of 'Docs' provided at the communication sidebar along with other options, where it will shown the total count of new documents uploaded from the client portal. Further, clicking on any document will preview it at the right panel of the window. Thus saving some additional time performing this operation.
3. Get Credit Card with Required Steps:
This option was much recommended and awaited from many of our users, such that the Clients themselves can add credit card details from their portal, instead of CRM user to first get these details from individual clients and then add from their side.
An optional field 'Add Your Card on File' have been added under the 'Required Steps' at the Client Portal.
Client Portal: REQUIRED STEPS --> NEXT STEP - Add Your Card on File
It will open below form once you click on 'Add Now' button; you can fill your card information here!
4. Option to quick search archived clients
As of now, the system won't populate the Client/ Lead records who have been Archived, when they are searched from the search box. So in order to get access of such records we have now provided a new system toggle which will list such archived records under the search results.
A new toggle option have been added under Settings --> Company Settings where you can enable Archived Clients/Leads records for quick search. Disabling this toggle will not include Archived Clients/Leads in the search result.
5. Display Affiliate Details on Client Portal
Now you can manage to show/ hide Referral Agents Company's name and contact details on the Client Portal page. Making these details available would in-turn become handy since it is openly available.
You will have to enable this toggle which is present at Settings --> Portal Settings -->> Customer Portal
