We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to check and retry failed payments for your clients. This feature ensures you have greater control over payment recovery and simplifies the process of managing unsuccessful transactions. This feature is only accessible between 11:55 AM and 11:55 PM EST Everyday.
- How to Access the Feature
1. Navigate to Invoices → Detailed Report.
2. Under the section "Failed Payments & Retry", you can view all the failed payments and take appropriate action to retry them.
