AutoFox Setup Guide for Payment Notifications and Late Payment Reminders

---------------   AutoFox Setup for Payment Notifications   ---------------

a) Go to Autofox Main tab.

b) Click on Create New Autofox button.

c) Set the following conditions :

SET AutoFox Type as Client/Lead
Provide any name with AutoFox Name (eg: Payment Notification)
SET Start Condition: AUTO
SET Conditions Met: ALL
SET Existing Records: YES
SET Recurring Rules: REPEAT
SET Suspension Criteria: DISABLE

SET Start Condition: Recurring Invoice Due In

and select multiple values between 1 to 5. Suppose you select 1,2,3 then Payment reminder notification will trigger before 1 day,2 days, 3 days from the date of payment.

d) Once done setting up above condition, click on save as Draft.

e) Now create the steps that will trigger on the conditions set above.
    Create a Step and set as Instant.

f) Now, you can create the action as Email/SMS to trigger when conditions met.

g) Once Everything is completed, Click on start to make is Live. [Important]

a) Go to Autofox Main tab.

b) Click on Create New Autofox button.

c) Set the following conditions :

SET AutoFox Type a s Client/Lead
Provide any name with AutoFox Name (eg: late Payment Reminders)
SET Start Condition: AUTO
SET Conditions Met: ALL
SET Existing Records: YES
SET Recurring Rules: REPEAT
SET Suspension Criteria: ENABLE
SET Start Condition: PAYMENT FAILED and select "once per Invoice"
SET Suspend Condition: PAYMENT SUCCESS

d) Once done setting up above condition, click on save as Draft

e) Now create the steps to trigger on condition setup above.

Create Step with Delay in minutes/hours/days. Suppose I select a Delay of 2 days, system will send the late payment notification after 2 days of payment failed. You can add as many steps you want if you want automation to trigger after one day, two day, 5 days when payment is failed.

f) Now, you can create the action as Email/SMS to trigger when conditions met.

g) Once Everything is completed, Click on start to make is Live. [Important]
