"Updating Client Agreement Pricing and Terms: A Guide"
A) Update Client Agreement Pricing
To change the default pricing for the client's Agreement universally for all clients,
you can navigate to "Settings >> Portal Settings >> Client Agreements" section.
Here, you can set the most common/default pricing that will automatically appear on the client's Agreement.
However, if you want to change the client's Agreement for a specific client, navigate to the respective client "Dashboard >> Account >> Agreement Pricing".
Here, you can set the agreement pricing that will automatically appear on the respective client's Agreement.
B) Update Client Agreement Terms
In the "Settings >> Portal Settings >> Client Agreements" section, you have the option to edit the Default Client Agreement or upload a new one where you can update the required terms.
While editing, you can utilize pre-built client Price variables such as [1ST_AMOUNT] or [MONTHLY_AMOUNT], which will automatically be replaced with the actual client information when the agreement is created.
* Pre-built variables are available for client Info, Date Info, Company Info and Price.
