1. Choose Item counts per letter in Build round letter section
Enhance your letter-building experience with our newly added feature in the Build Round Letter section—Accounts Per Letter and Inquiry Per Letter options. Now, you have the flexibility to choose the number of dispute items included in each bureau letter.
Imagine you're creating letters and wish to include 5 dispute items from accounts and 1 dispute item from inquiries in each letter. Simply select "5 items per letter" from the Accounts Per Letter dropdown and "1 item per letter" from the Inquiry Per Letter dropdown. As you build the letters, the system will automatically distribute and add 5 items from accounts and 1 item from inquiries in each letter, with respect to each bureau (Equifax, Transunion & Experian).
It's important to note that this feature exclusively applies to dispute items from the accounts and inquiries sections. Dispute items from the personal information section will be added to the first letter in each bureau.
2. Scheduling Conditions in MeetFox Appt Booking
We have introduced two new options under Scheduling Conditions in MeetFox :
A. Set a minimum amount of notice required (0-48 Hours)
Now, CROs can specify a notice period between 0 to 48 hours before scheduling a meeting. For instance, when a notice period of 6 hours is selected, invitees won't be able to schedule a meeting within the first 6 hours after the MeetFox appointment is set up. The default time is configured to 6 hours, but you have the flexibility to customize it within the range of 0 to 48 hours.
B. Set a day to skip appointments on
CROs now have the flexibility to select specific days when appointment scheduling should be skipped. When setting up appointment bookings, they can select a maximum of three dates and invitees will not be able to schedule any appointments on those selected dates.
