Configure ClickSend/Routee/Twilio: Step-by-Step Guide

However, recent changes in phone carrier rules mean that each business must now have its own registered SMS number. We've adapted to this change and made it easier for you to configure your SMS settings within our platform.
Supported SMS Providers :
We've integrated ClickSend, Routee in addition to Twilio.. Here's how you can configure your SMS settings using these providers :
Retrieve Necessary Information for Your Selected SMS Provider:
For ClickSend SMS Provider
1. Login or Register with ClickSend : Click on the provided link to log in to your existing ClickSend account or sign up for a new one. Click to Register With ClickSend
2. Access Your Numbers : After logging in, look for the "Numbers" tab on the left-hand side of the ClickSend Dashboard.
3. Choose Your Numbers :
In the "Numbers" tab, you can access your previously added numbers associated with ClickSend. Alternatively, you can acquire a new number if needed.
4. Retrieve Username and API Key :
On the upper right corner of the ClickSend Dashboard, you'll find the necessary details, including your Username and API Key. Be sure to copy these details, as they are required for configuring SMS on Dispute Fox.
5. Connect to DisputeFox
-DisputeFox > Settings > Email / SMS / Zapier> Add new SMS configuration
-Enter the Username and API key from your Clicksend account
-Click on Validate Button, Now you see the list of phone numbers populated from your list, You need to choose one and click on save button

For Routee SMS Provider
1. Login or Register with Routee : Follow the provided link to log in to your existing Routee.net account or create a new one. Register With Routee
2. Access Your Numbers :Once you're logged in, go to the left-hand side of the Routee Dashboard. You'll find a "Numbers" tab there.
3. Choose Between "Rent a Number" or "My Numbers" :
If you don't have a suitable number, you can opt to "Rent a Number". If you already have numbers associated with Routee, select "My Numbers".
4. Retrieve Application Id and Application Secret :
- If you've selected "My Numbers", navigate to the "My Numbers" section.
- On the upper right corner of the page, you'll find the necessary details, including Application Id and Application Secret.
- Copy these details for configuring SMS on Dispute Fox.
5. Connect to DisputeFox
-DisputeFox > Settings > Email / SMS / Zapier> Add new SMS configuration
-Enter the Application Id and Application Secret from your Routee account
-Click on Validate Button, Now you see the list of phone numbers populated from your list, You need to choose one and click on save button

For Twilio SMS Provider
1. Login or Register with Twilio: Use the provided link to either log in to your existing Twilio account or register a new one. Click to Register With Twilio
2. Purchase a New Number (If Needed): If you don't already have a suitable number for SMS configuration, consider buying one on Twilio's platform.
3. Access Your Twilio Dashboard :Once you're logged in, navigate to your Twilio Dashboard.
4. Locate Account SID and Auth Token: On your Twilio Dashboard, scroll down to find the essential details required for SMS configuration on Dispute Fox. You'll need to copy the Account SID and Auth Token for the configuration process.
5. Connect to DisputeFox
-DisputeFox > Settings > Email / SMS / Zapier> Add new SMS configuration
-Enter the Account SID and Auth Token from your Twillio account
-Click on Validate Button, Now you see the list of phone numbers populated from your list, You need to choose one and click on save button
With these clear instructions, you can easily gather the essential information specific to your chosen SMS provider, whether it's ClickSend, Routee or Twilio. This information will be essential for configuring SMS services seamlessly within Dispute Fox.
7. Validate Configuration
- After entering the required details, click on the "Validate" button.
- If you have multiple phone numbers associated with your Twilio, Routee or ClickSend account, you'll receive a dropdown list of these numbers.
- Select the desired number for configuration.
Important Note :
Please note that you can only register your SMS number for configuration with one of the SMS providers - Twilio, Routee, or ClickSend.

Once the integration is complete, please be aware that you will no longer be charged by us for SMS services; the charges will be directly between you and your chosen SMS provider, whether it's Twilio, Routee or ClickSend.
