Getting Started: 
1. Disputes: Choose Un-Disputed Negative Items: 
If you want to build letters for any items then you need to first select Items for Disputing and this can be done by clicking on "Dispute Now" button which you can find in front of any 'Un-Disputed Negative Items'. Once you've clicked on this button, this item will be moved under 'Chosen to Dispute This Round' with their item status as 'Disputing!'. 
If you wish to Dispute all items in the particular round then you can simply click on the button 'Dispute All Items', which is in front of 'Want to dispute ALL items in this section?'. To revert this action, you can click on the 'Dispute Later All Items' button, which will transfer all these items from the 'Chosen to Dispute This Round' section back to the 'Un-Disputed Negative Items' section. 
'Layout Display Options' and '+ Show Item Previews' are additional useful options that can be helpful when further analyzing Dispute Items on this page. Also, By using the '+ Mass Update Reasons & Instructions' action, you can easily update all items with your selections (you can still modify specific items afterwards). 
Note: Please note that selecting 'Only apply to items with MISSING reasons and instructions?' will apply the chosen Reasons/Instructions exclusively to the Dispute Items that currently lack them.

2. Letters Homepage: (Choose What Type of Letters do you want to Build)
Within the letter homepage, you will find three distinct approaches for creating letters: Factual, Metro2, and Other.
The Factual approach corresponds to the existing 'Advanced Letter' building method, while the Other option (Freeze Letters) follows the current process for constructing Freeze letters.
For Ai-Infused METRO2 LETTERS that are fully automated and feature randomized content, select the 'Metro2' option.

Upon proceeding, you will be directed to the Letter setup page specifically designed for Metro2 Attacks. Here, you will have the convenience of selecting from a variety of pre-designed letter templates that feature fully automated content.

3. Setup process:
> Select Automated Round Letters(meant for Bureaus): Separate randomized content letters created for each Bureau and Creditor if chosen
> Creditors / Furnishers Letters: Select the letter template for creditors / furnishers
> Max Items Per Letter:
This provides you with the freedom to design the desired number of dispute items to include per letter, allowing for a range of 1 item up to 20 items. You can configure this setting for both Accounts/Collections and Inquiries.
> Letter Style: We have 4 different approaches, 
i. Advanced(best): Includes: Detailed Data Tables + Your Reasons & Instructions + Items Summary + Violations Description
This option has everything Summary Has, plus all Metro2 code violations together with full description
ii. Summary: Includes: Detailed Data Tables + Your Reasons & Instructions + Items Summary
In addition to “Standard Layout”, This option will render the data tables with highlighted violations along with a general description
iii. Everything: Includes: Detailed Data Tables + Your Reasons & Instructions + Items Summary + Detailed Individual Violations Descriptions
This option will generate the most pages as it will include the Summary, all the Advanced content, PLUS EACH violation code with its own description
iv. Basis: Includes: Standard Data Tables (no highlights) + Your Reasons & Instructions
This option will generate the Metro2 Letters with fully automated content and display each item's data table without highlighting each violation
By default Advanced(best) letter style option will be selected.
> Include Client Signature: If you prefer not to include the Client Signature in the letter template, simply deselect the checkbox labeled 'Include Client Signature'.
[client_signature] is a variable that will be replaced with the client's signature, if it is available.

Within the 'Chosen to Dispute This Round' section, you have the option to make additional selections or remove items for dispute. Once you have finalized your choices, you can proceed by clicking the 'Build Dispute Letter' button located at the bottom.

4. Metro2 Letter Preview: 
You can see what you final letters will look like prior to downloading or printing!

With this feature, you can make quick and convenient adjustments on the fly. You have the flexibility to change the data table views, accommodating a range from 1B to 3B. Additionally, you can dynamically insert any required account data as needed, providing you with a customizable experience. The feature also includes the ability to save pages with compact item details and tables, ensuring efficient and organized presentation of information.

Display Options!
With DisputeFox you will be able to insert either the 1B or 3B credit report data tables.

You have the flexibility to choose from 3 available options for display, each accompanied by violation highlights. These display options are designed in a compact manner to minimize the number of pages. Furthermore, you can seamlessly switch between different designs in real time while previewing.

Not only can you apply these display options to a single letter, but you also have the convenience of applying them to all letters. Additionally, you have the ability to set your system default, ensuring that the chosen display option will be used for future letters by default.

We are all set now for the final step!
After saving all your modifications, you can move forward to the last step, which involves printing the letter. Simply click on 'SAVE ALL & View Print Options' to initiate the printing process. This action enables you to review and adjust the print settings before generating the final printed version of the letter.
