New Letter Creation Process

With the need of creating the letters for items who are already In Dispute and to be able to create and send the letters to alternate bureaus a new letter creation methods have been introduced, along with previous old methods! 
This is mainly introduced to send interim letters which can be send in between the rounds and for correcting errors or forgotten items also if you would like to send dispute letters to secondary bureaus this is easily possible now.
Please notice that building letters for such items which are already in dispute between the rounds don't affect the existing round process flow. Downloaded / Printed letters are available under the Archived Letters.

Below are the 4 different types of Dispute Letters creating methods: 
1. Easy Builder
2. Advanced Builder
3. Any Time (Interim) Letters
4. Alternate Bureaus

I] Easy Builder(Single Template For All)
We could call it as a basic method of letter creation process where it allows the user to Choose a single template and check all the disputes you want to appear in it.
You can select the main letter template and then check the negative items to include along with the the Creditor/Furnisher Letter and then proceed to print the letter.

Here, you can have only single letter template associated with all the dispute items.

II] Advanced Builder(Multiple Letters at Once):
With Advanced Builder, DisputeFox will allow CRO's to use different letter templates for different kind of dispute items in a single shot, all from one screen, without having to go to any other screen and select different letter templates for different types of dispute items.

Key points:
Choose different letter templates for different types of dispute items i.e. for different templates for different bureaus and different item types. User can chose from different template for additional rounds.

III] Any Time Letters or Interim Letters(Won't Affect Rounds):

User, sometime need to create and send a letters for items for whom letters have already been create and sent; this items could be In dispute or even their results might have been entered. There was no any option to create letters for such items before. But now, it is possible to create letters for the items which are In Dispute.
Also, building letters for such items in between rounds don't affect the existing round process.
This is mainly introduced for correcting errors or forgotten items.
Please notice that No Autofox notifications will be sent out for Interim Letters letter process and
Downloaded / Printed letters are available under the Archived Letters.

IV] Alternate Bureaus(Won't Affect Rounds):
It is now possible to send the letters to each every single individual dispute items for alternate / secondary bureaus.

These addresses can be added at Settings --> Credit --> Freeze Bureau --> Add Freeze Bureau.
Also, building letters for such items in between rounds don't affect the existing round process.
Please notice that No Autofox notifications will be sent out for Alternate Bureaus letter process just like Interim Letters and Downloaded / Printed letters are available under the Archived Letters.
